At Tyxmalonskyxaron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. Due to the living nature of our products, we have specific return policies designed to ensure plant health and customer satisfaction.
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

If you receive a plant that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct plant to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item if necessary.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns due to the living nature of our products and the time needed for plants to acclimate to new environments.
To initiate a return:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We guarantee that all plants leave our facility in healthy condition. However, once plants are delivered, their health depends on proper care and suitable environmental conditions. We provide detailed care instructions with each order to help ensure plant success.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a plant, please return the original plant following our return process and place a new order for the desired plant.
